Wow what a fantastic colt and the first foal by our homebred stallion Singing Herbstglanz. This colt is tall and very elegant with very long legs and he always looks so proud and alert coming up to explore everything and to top it all he has wonderful off the floor movement. 

Ultraglanz’s sire Singing Herbstglanz graded in to the TBF stud book in 2007 where the German judge remarked that is was very rare to find a horse that had such wonderful movement in all three gaits. Very relaxed, and with wonderful uphill power. One German judge gave him 8,5 for walk, 9,75 for trot and 8 for his canter. Herbstglanz has some amazing bloodlines being out of Premium mare Herbstwolke and our stallion Arentino. He passed the German 70 day performance test in August 2009 and is getting ready to be competed in dressage. 

Singing Herbstglanz’s sire Arentino was competed in Prix St. George dressage and did also really well in show jumping. Arentino’s Sire Santiago by Wie Ibikus and out of the foundation mare Schwalbenlied was Champion of his grading in 1980 and was a very substantial big framed grandson of the legendary stallion Ibikus, which went on to become a very good show jumper. Wie Ibikus himself produced a big number of horses to the level of Grand Prix in dressage. Santiago produced some outstanding broodmares and the value can be seen in his offspring’s competitions result. 

Ultraglanz’s Dam Ultravioletta is by the Elite stallion Caprimond. Caprimond is quite a symbol for the modern Trakehner breed. He was Reserve Champion of his grading and winner of his performance test, he was also reserve champion of the national German riding horse championship and winner of many Grand Prix tests. He is now again out winning with his new young partner Theresa Wahler. Caprimond is the sire of over 12 graded sons and keeps one of the highest scores in the Hannoverian breed as well as his Elite son Hohenstein. 

This colt is bred for dressage with his big strong movements and will be kept back to be brought up for grading later on in his life. His sister Singing Ultraelegance jumped a 4 foot hedge with a very big and deep ditch in front of it and his brother Singing Ultraflash has done really well in dressage winning 10 out of 11 competitions and coming second with 72%. This bloodline has also shown to be very good jumping horses.
