Her Sire Arentino was competed in Prix St. George dressage and did also really well in show jumping. Arentino’s Sire Santiago by Wie Ibikus and out of the foundation mare Schwalbelied was Champion of his grading in 1980 and was a very substantial big framed grandson of the legendary stallion Ibikus, which went on to become a very good show jumper. Wie Ibikus himself produced a big number of high successful dressage horses competing up to Grand Prix. Santiago produced some outstanding broodmares and the value can be seen in his offspring’s competition results. 

Arentino’s Dam Elite mare E.St Arktis II presents herself as one of the more valuable broodmares of the Trakehner breed, being a full sister to the stallion Arogno, sire of the stallions Schwadroneur (now dead) and Anky’s stallion Partout and many more wonderful graded sons and quality daughters. E.St Arktis’s offspring are doing well in 3-day eventing and dressage competing in Prix St. Georges. 

Manjana’s dam Holme Grove Madonna is by the stallion Pascal champion of his performance test and preformed in his younger years with high success in show jumping and three-day-event on a national level. His mother line is known as one of the most proven families of the Trakehner bred and produced the dressage stars like Anky von Grunsven’s Grand Prix stallion Partout and the Olympic bronze winner Peron nearly a full brother to Partout.  

Madonna’s dam Marcella is by the stallion Postmeister, which sire competed in Grand Prix dressage. Postmeister dominating position as a dressage sire has been proven through a big number of high successful competition horses like Dr. Klimke’s international stars, Pia, Tango, Harmonie.

This bloodline is well known for passing on good size, big frame with powerful and elastic movements and in a certain sense very athletic and noble horses. 

Again Manjana is a stunning filly out of Madonna and she is staying here to join the herd one day, because with these wonderful bloodlines and her powerful elevated movements she has it all like her full brother and full sister to make it to the very top in competition or as a fantastic broodmare, which for now we would like her to become.
