Oh my god, oh my god…. I’m so happy, thanks so much; I can’t wait to see her. Yupiiiiii x, is what Chloe text me when I told her Henny had given birth to a beautiful black filly with four white socks and a star. Chloe bought Henny’s unborn foal last year hoping she would give her a filly, but anything would do, as long as it was healthy. We are so pleased for Chloe that she got her little black filly and she is just as wonderful like all Henny’s babies with power and tremendous uphill movement.  

Hermione’s Sire Arentino was competed in Prix St. George dressage and did also really well in show jumping. Arentino’s Sire Santiago by Wie Ibikus and out of the foundation mare Schwalbelied was Champion of his grading in 1980 and was a very substantial big framed grandson of the legendary stallion Ibikus, which went on to become a very good show jumper. Wie Ibikus himself produced a big number of high successful dressage horses competing up to Grand Prix. Santiago produced some outstanding broodmares and the value can be seen in his offspring’s competition results.  

Arentino’s Dam E.St Arktis II presents herself as one of the more valuable broodmares of the Trakehner breed, being a full sister to the Elite stallion Arogno, sire of the stallions Schwadroneur (now dead) and Anky’s stallion Partout and to many more to mention. He also had a very big influence on many other breeds. Arktis’s offspring are doing well in 3-day event and dressage competing in Prix St. Georges and above. 

Her Dam Henny was chosen for her outstanding pedigree and very powerful movements. She was Champion of the central mare inspection in Schelswig – Holstein and got outstanding bloodlines for dressage, which includes the grand prix dressage stallion Arsenal. Her sire Indue was 4 year old Champion of the Bundes Championship in dressage for all breeds in Germany. She always passes on her strong movements to her foals and yet again this lovely filly Hermione is a wonderful proof of just that. 

Hermione will make an outstanding competition prospect and also an outstanding broodmare. We know Chloe is going to compete her and really look forward to seeing this beautiful lady out in competition. A big congratulation to Chloe for getting what she really wanted, who say’s we don’t deliver to order !.
